This 7.5 inch by 12 inch oil painting is done on high quality canvas paper. The background consists of a brown leopard print along with a brown ground. As the main focal point of the painting is three objects with contrasting colors. The yellow and purple make each other pop and seem more vibrant next to each other. Thus, this then makes the purple mug stand out compared to the yellow and brown counterparts. The main objection of this painting was to be able to paint with contrasting colors and make sure they stay vibrant and do not get muddy in the process.*
